The first general Body Meeting was held in july 2004. The General body resolved to continue the current office beares till the next GB and also to get association registered.
The second general Body Meeting was held in the year 2005. The executive committee mainly discussed on the CDP - 2015 draft notification issued by the Govt of Karnataka.The General body elected the new office beares. It is resolved that the term of the office bearers to two years and also to revise the anual subscription to Rs. 500 .
The third general Body Meeting was held on 17th Sep 2006. The executive committee provided the present status on the proposed CDP - 2015 notification.
The fourth general Body Meeting was held in 9th September 2007. The executive committee mainly discussed on the CDP - 2015 and SAKRAMA, Regularization of unauthorised revenue sites, a Govt of Karnataka notification.
